Collaborating with homeowners who intend to reside in their home after it’s listed for sale. We start with what the homeowners own and love, taking into account their budget and the timeframe for the entire process.

Starts at $300

The consultation may take (2) hours and includes:

  • Consultations serve as the essential backbone of any staging strategy! You'll feel empowered with a comprehensive plan customized just for your home, giving you the tools to prepare it on your own. However, if you’d like us to implement the recommendations instead let us know! We’re always available to assist with our additional services!

  • Main Areas: Primary bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen

  • Free Resources Included: Top Dollar Guide - Tips, Open House Checklist – Showing instructions

 

Additional Consultation Time

$200/Hour

Get It Sold Staging Day

Get It Sold Staging Day

Starts at $1,999 (Up to 2 Hours)

  • Design Plan is made prior to staging day, so that we get the most from the day

  • You can purchase accessories with our Power Shopping service as an option to help merchandise the space to make a difference in the photos 

  • Our team will roll up our sleeves and spend time staging the main areas: Primary bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen 

Full-Home Staging Day

Starts at $3,899 (4 Hours)

  • Design Plan is made prior to staging day, so that we get the most from the day

  • You can purchase accessories with our Power Shopping service as an option to help merchandise the space to make a difference in the photos. 

  • Our team will roll up our sleeves and spend time staging the main areas PLUS the primary bath, secondary bedrooms/bath, loft, deck/patio

Occupied Touch Up Styling

$100/Hour

  • This service is available after your initial consultation and is perfect for the day before an open house or professional photos once you’ve completed the items from the consultation and could use a little help with the details to ensure your home looks beautiful!

  • Our best practice, is to have us return the morning of, or the day before, the photos.

  • Homeowners appreciate this approach, as high-quality marketing images significantly enhance their market presence and appeal. Strong visuals lead to stronger sales.

 Accessories as “investments” to complete the look

Statistically, buyers are willing to “pay a premium” for homes with updated accessories! Fresh white bath towels, pillows, modern accessories and greenery to “complete the look” of your rooms should be purchased if needed.

This design service is all about rolling up our sleeves and reimagining the focus areas of the home based on the consultation. You won’t believe the difference a few hours make!
